Who is responsible
This website is run by Alexandr Gincu, an independent consultant trading as StarVisible. Contact: alex@starvisible.com.
What I collect and why
- Contact form. Your name, email, website address and message, so I can reply and do the free website check you asked for. The form is delivered to my inbox by Netlify Forms (netlify.com).
- Booked calls. If you book a call, Google Calendar stores your name, email and the time you choose. Calls happen on Google Meet.
- WhatsApp. If you message me on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes that conversation under its own terms.
- Email. Emails you send me are stored in Google Workspace.
- Analytics, only with your consent. If you click “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics measures visits (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) so I can see how the site is used. If you don’t, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the homepage.
- Your settings. The site remembers your color theme, your language and your cookie choice in your own browser (local storage). This is not sent to me or anyone else, and you can clear it in your browser settings.

Replying to your request (steps before a possible contract), and your consent for analytics.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers named above (Google, Netlify, Meta for WhatsApp, and the hosting provider of this site). Some of them process data outside the EU under their standard data protection terms. I never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing alex@starvisible.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
