What these terms cover
These terms apply when you use this website or work with me. Your written quote can add details for your project. If the quote and these terms differ, the quote wins.
The free check
The free check costs nothing and has no obligation. I only look at the public parts of your website and your public listings. I don’t need passwords for it.
Quotes and payment
- Before any paid work, I send you a written quote with the price, what’s included and how long it takes.
- Work starts only after you accept the quote.
- The quote says when and how you pay.
- Prices are in US dollars unless the quote says otherwise.
Access to your website
- If the work needs access, you give it to me, and you can remove it at any time.
- I make a backup before any important change.
- I never make changes you haven’t approved.
What I can and can’t promise
Google, Google Maps and AI tools decide on their own what to show. No one can honestly promise a certain position or a certain number of customers. I promise to do the agreed work carefully and to tell you honestly what it can and can’t do.
Who owns what
Your website, content and accounts stay yours. Once you have paid, the work I did for your project is yours too. I may reuse my general tools and know-how, but never your private data.
Other companies’ services
Your site may use services from other companies, such as hosting, plugins, booking or payment tools. Those have their own terms and prices.
Confidentiality
I keep your business information private and use it only for your project.
Responsibility
I work carefully, but websites and the services behind them can fail. As far as the law allows, my responsibility for a project is limited to the amount you paid me for that project.
Stopping the work
You or I can stop a project at any time by telling the other in writing. You pay for the work done up to that point.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Work already agreed follows the terms that applied when you accepted the quote.
